At The Restaurant at North Block, Executive Chef Juan Cabrera focuses on reimagining California cuisine by highlighting the bountiful state’s diverse landscapes and climates. His menu celebrates Northern California’s valleys and coastlines, featuring fresh, seasonal ingredients that are regionally farmed and fished. Join us to experience chef’s WINTER TASTING MENU.

The Restaurant at North Block becomes a living canvas with the launch of a new ongoing art and retail series in collaboration with SLATE Contemporary Gallery and Erica Tanov Atelier. The series debuts with paintings by Hannah Franco, whose sensory-driven work reflects our shared values of craft, care, and intention. Join us for an opening reception on Friday, February 6, from 5–7pm light bites, wines from Lorenza, a signature cocktail, and an Erica Tanov pop-up in the lobby (continuing Saturday and Sunday, 10am–4pm).
